Colloidal Silver Made Easy
Sunday, June 28th, 2009Colloidal silver results when the molecular structure of silver is altered. The substance is then suspended in a liquid solution.
Colloidal silver has been made easy to make at home. Now home owners can make their own batch of colloidal silver following a few simple procedures and make use of it for various medicinal purposes.
Essential supplies for making colloidal silver
In order to make CS at home you need to have a certain amount of pure silver. In this case two silver coins would suffice. Along with this you will also require a six volt transformer and two alligator clips.
Other items that you will require include around two feet of neoprene tubing, an oxygenation bubbler, an air tight container and a glass quart jar.
Making silver colloids
Step 1
The process starts by thoroughly cleaning all your equipment and supplies. The silver coins that will be used during the process need to be properly cleaned in order to obtain pure colloidal silver.
Step 2
Next up you will have to clip the plug off the DC connector towards the end of the transformer wire. You should leave the wall plug wire intact.
Separate the wires of the cut end from the strip. At least one inch of the insulation covering from the wires should be removed. However care must be taken not to damage the wire.
Stage three
When you have the bare wires you will connect them to an alligator clip. You can either crimp them or solder them in order to secure them in the proper place.
The silver coins come into play next. In this case the silver coins will be your two silver electrodes. You will need to clamp both these coins on opposite ends of the glass jar just alongside the alligator clamps.
4th step
The jar should then be filled with water up to the lower end of the alligator clips. This should be around 8 oz. The neoprene tubing should then be made to pass through the bottom of the jar.
It is important to ensure that the water is stopped before it reaches the metal as only the coins need to be submerged in the distilled water.
Stage five
Next up the oxygenation units and transformers need to plugged in and the water should be left to bubble for up to five hours.
Step 6
After the time has passed safely detach the units and remove the coins. Make sure you thoroughly clean off any residue left from the process.
The good thing about silver is that the same coins can be used again to generate more colloidal silver. Hence they should be stored away appropriately.
In order to purify the colloidal silver it should be siphoned into an air tight bottle with the tubing.
Following the above stated guidelines will help you to produce great quantities of colloidal silver with considerable ease at home.
