Sensible weight loss is our subject here. A major part of our lives has amazingly become controlling our weight and we wonder how we got to this point. It certainly is not fun to have to watch every mouthful of food we take hoping it will not add another dreaded pound. What we all desire is the freedom to eat positive choices of food without thinking about it.
